This EULA is concluded between the user and the developer (StudyDuck team), not with Apple. StudyDuck is solely responsible for the StudyDuck app and its content. This agreement may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license is non-transferable and allows you to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, according to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Family Sharing guidelines.
StudyDuck is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for this app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for this app.
StudyDuck is solely responsible for any warranties. In case of failure to meet warranty standards, you may notify Apple and they will refund the purchase price. Apple holds no further responsibility under warranty laws.
StudyDuck is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party related to the app, including but not limited to product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or privacy claims.
If a third party claims that the app infringes their intellectual property rights, StudyDuck is responsible for resolving the claim, not Apple.
You affirm that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or listed as a prohibited or restricted party by the U.S. government.
